I just recently added the wave box on my 60x30x37 half cylinder.
I get a wave at both ends and in the middle (double wave?) measuring a little more than 1/4". This is with the wave box in the corner with the top of the box 3" below the water line. I have a return fitting bulkhead in the corner that prevents me from putting the box above the water line as it should be. I notice a got a bigger wave when the box was above the water line but because of the return fitting in was a few inches away from the corner therefore blowing toward the back of my tank slightly and being a total eyesore. Question is will having the box completly submersed cause any trouble? Even with the small wave I believe the box is worth it as it eliminates any dead spots within the tank.
