Wavebox...180 with only one corner overflow

I am thinking about putting a wavebox on my 180 gallon all glass aquarium...The only concern is I only have one corner overflow in the tank...the other one was removed so the tank could be fully viewed from the one side.... also have a druso standpipe in the overflow....

I guess my question is, will it work ok with only one overflow with a standpipe???

Yes, so long as the flow rate through the overflow is not so high the box can empty in a second it should be OK. You have to keep in mind for a period of less than a second no water will reach the overflow, then a surge will fill the overflow. It can be a bit noisy as a result but if the flow rate isn't more than about 5 times tank volume it should work.
