wavebox alarm

Hi Roger,
I saw you post on about the pump alarms.Thanks that helps alot. You had to fix one of my 6010 pumps last year.

Anyway now my wavebox alarm sounds for a second about twice a day it's been doing it for months! When I check the pump its find since I only use a calk reactor no kalkwasser which is I think the main culprit for cloged pumps

The alarms only sound for a second or less so by the time I get to it its fine so I dont even know if it's stopping for that second or not.

Any suggestions?

I would generally suspect that it is binding occasionally. I would check that the hole in the magnet is clean and check the area around the brake shoes to be sure it is clean. It could also be due to wear.
