wavebox cleaning

i am trying to istall my box...i have 150g eurobraced..
brace is 3" all around the tank..if i istall box on my rear left corner..it will be near impossable to take box out, speacially when corals grow out.
do i have to take the whole box out,or i can just take out 6200 pump with sponge?

Ideally the whole box should be removable. The pump is the main piece that needs to be cleaned but their is always the chance it could need more service because something is growing in it or a piece breaks. I would use the magnet holders and move it to a location that is easier to service.
