Wavebox controller issue

My wavebox controller started acting up yesterday just out of the blue. It appears to be only pushing water out of the boxes and not back in. I didn't make any adjustments to the controller prior to it doing this.
Any ideas on what might be wrong?

The pump just turns off and on, water flows out when the pump turns on and back in when the pump turns off. Usual causes of this are a broken cable or water damage to a cable or the controller. You might check if moving the cable fixes it and you might open the controller and inspect it. If it needs a new cable I have some on hand.

Ok then the pump is stay on all the time.
If water some how got into the controller what are my options as far as warranty goes?

I will discount a replacement but water damage is not covered by the warranty.

It is working fine now. I don't know what happened.
