About a week ago my Wavebox simply stopped working. The 7095 controller was still sending signals to it, and a humming sound was coming from the Wavebox, but no water motion at all. I assumed something had clogged or frozen the impeller in the pump so I disassembled per the manual instructions, but when I reassembled I could hear the impeller trying to spin, but still no water movement.
I pulled the pump out of the housing, and I can see that the magnetic rotor is spinning somewhat, but when the propeller is in the water it will not spin with the rotor. Something must have broken in the drive unit (6100.60), but I can't find this part through any suppliers I have dealt with.
Where can I purchase this assembly?
