wavebox on a 120 with megaflow systems

i'm in the process of getting another tank and i was thinking if the wavebox would interfere with the performance of the megaflow system on a all-glass aquarium. also what would be the right set up for that 120g 48" 12" 12" to maintain sps.

I would get 2 6000's for flow. The wavebox shouldn't negatively affect the megaflow but it may cause some noise.

I have the Wavebox on my 180 AGA with dual overflows and noise is really minimal. Also, I do not beleive additional water movement is needed when you are using the Wavebox! The H2O not only "waves" but will move in general circular motion in the tank (assuming the Wavebox is mounted more towards one side).
