Wavebox on a 375 G FOWLR.

Can I just use one wavebox for a 375 gallon fish only system? Will I be able to see noticeable waves?

It depends on the dimensions and layout of the tank. If it is a longer tank it will probably work fairly well, on a wider tank it likely won't work very well.

It's going to be 96x30x30.

I would try it, worst case the wave will be too short and you may want an extension to increase the wave height.
