Wavebox or prop style P.H.'s?

I really need more flow in my tank, period. The only question I have is, since I am on a budget should I go with 2x 1300 gph knockoffs of the korellas(sp?) that i can get $50 both, shipped or buy/fabricate a wavebox? I found a timer that runs 12vdc 1sec-60sec intervals with a pulse/flashbulb output too, for $11. And I'm pretty handy at building things. The only problem I see with the wavebox is that I have only 2" from the very top of the tank to the water surface, and i'm not shure if that will be enough movement. Currently I have a k1, a 315gph canister and the most water that a corner-flo can handle without making too much noise.

if you have the $$$ for a wave box go for it, but they are not cheap. if on a budget go with the power heads.
A good wavebox will put you back some benjamins
