wavebox problem, HELP

I have a brand new wavebox that worked awesome the first 10 hours it was working. In fact, it was friggin making fantastic waves. Now the the thing keeps giving me an alarm and shutting itself off. this is not my first tunze so i am well aware of that alarm. I took the think apart to see it something was clogging it and it was clean as a brand new pump, cause it is. However, now it will not work, it tries to get going for a couple pulses and then gives me that alarm. HELP Roger, is there something easy im overlooking? I really want this thing back online asap. Anyone have any suggestions?

well after taking it apart numerous times it still wont run for more than a few pulses. such a friggin bummer. Roger, i think i need the address to send it to you. Jeeze, wasnt too long ago that my calcium reactor pump died and now this, if I didnt know how awesome Tunze customer service was I think i might be upset.

It sounds like the pump may have a defect. Send it to me-

Please send just the pump itself with its driver and transformer as well as the controller. The box can be damaged in shipping so I would prefer not to have that shipped.
