My tunze wavebox sounds like a muffled alarm clock going off every time the pump kicks on anyone ever heard this before I had it apart earlier and I think everything is ok once I have it apart and back together it doesnt make the sound for about 1/2 hour or so then the sound comes back ???

The only time I have had a wave box make noise is when the water level gets too low. Check to see if there is any reason why the water level in the unit is dropping. You might try lowing the unit by a half an inch and see if that solves the problem.
The only other thing I can think of is that something is wrong with your pump. The pump might be making noise, or perhaps the Tunze's alarm is going off. I would take the pump out and clean it in vinegar overnight. Then set it back up and see what happens.
