Wavebox red led jumper ?

Hi Roger .
I am recently buy a old use wavebox in very good condition to a member .
I dont have any instruction, but I go to Tunze.com and find what
I need, but I have nothing for the red led jumper on transformator .......

So the question is ......is it red because it's 18v and if would like to have more powerfull I need to change that led jumper to another color for 24v,
because I just testing the pump 6261 and thing they not optimised .

It should have a 24V jumper, the light is always red if the power supply is plugged in, with or without jumper.
