I had a little issue with my wavebox and sent it to Tunze for help. Roger turned it around same day for me personally. I had even offered to pay for the repair and he wouldn't hear of it.
This business man has got it together. I have not ever received such gracious service from a vendor as I have on two separate occasions from Roger V. at Tunze USA.
If you have any qualms about buying Tunze gear, please stop and consider...Will I get service like this from other vendors?
Roger....Thanks for taking care of my gear on such short notice. I have the tank back up and running and all the polyps are swaying in the wave again!
