wavebox w/ odd overflows

hello...

i have a 200g tank that is sized 80x24x24. the tank was used when i got it and had 5 evenly-spaced 1" bulkheads across the top of the tank which i use as overflows. i'm curious if you think this will work ok with a wavebox?

The main problem I see is it looks like there is not enough room to accomodate a wave.

well, turns out it works. i can only have about a 1" wave until i fuss around with lowering the water height, but it works.

one question - does changing the intensity control on the silver box affect the wave height, or just the intensity of the flow? i have it set around 3/4 strength, but would like to try it at full strength. i just don't want to increase the wave height by doing that.

thanks,
ben

The controller sets the frequency, generally a tank has one optimum frequency. The driver sets the amplitude or wave height. Increasing the power on the driver increases wave height.
