Wavebox with J tube external overflow

I have a 150 gal reef built into a interior wall so that it's viewable from both sides and both rooms. I have an external j tube overflow box located at each end of the tank as a result. I'm wondering if it's possible to add a wavebox to my setup. My concerns is loosing my syphon on the overflows. What are my options?

Loosing siphon is a definite risk. It is best if the overflow box is centered as the water level remains constant and I have experience with using our 1074/2 overflow without any issues. It is a little better at handling this situation as the flow rate is lower and it has two intakes.
