Wavebox won't work

Couple things could happen.
1. You have salt build up in side the pump that cause the impeller to stuck
2. During the 6 months in storage, the driver may get wet due to humidity or left over water from the wavebox pump
3. User error
Tell the guy to take the pump apart, thoroughly clean it make sure no calcium build up ANY where in the motor block, propeller or in the back of the pump. Make sure the unit properly installed and when he plug in the core, make sure that socket has power. Last time i check the writing in the back of the pump it doesn't list the expiration date :lol:. J/K

He complain about the alarm sound off from his 6100 tunze stream pump. After an hour helping him over the phone i decided to take a drive to his house. I arrived at his house 1.5hr later and found out his driver box is full of salt build up inside. It burn a hole through the aluminum cover
. I carefully remove the driver and clean it out really good, air dry the unit for couple hours and hook it back up.... Guess what? The alarm stop but the driver decided to release smoke ... He ended up replace the driver. I learn my lesson "never mount the driver or any electronic component inside the stand next to the sump.....
