WC turned into project Clean need advice

So pulling the skimmer out and a wc turned into massive sump clean and plumbing project now. I just need to know if several powerheads blowing water around will suffice for the rest of the day? I have some good agitation on surface. Thanks. Gotta get the wet/dry out now.

I don't see why it would be a problem. As long as you are moving water in your tank you will still have good oxygen exchange. It's just for the afternoon so I don't think you will have any issues.

Agreed. Surface agitation will keep them oxygenated.

You'll be good. I've pulled my skimmer for a day soaking with no issues as long as you have movement & agitation.

Thanks again everyone. All went well. I didn't finish until 9pm lol. I had to wax and work on the boat a little while stuff was drying. Compounding sucked!:deadhorse1:
