We should make a Searchable FAQ

I have noticed one thing on Reef Central, and that is a lot of questions are asked a lot. While this isn't a big deal it seems that you keep getting less and less quality answers as they are repeated. We all know there are certain people on the forums who are considered sort of experts on certain subjects (ie: Melev for sumps, grim reefer for T-5 bulbs) So I would like to see if we could start to construct a very very extensive document on reef keeping. This would be free to all users, and will be a PDF document so that it is searchable. If you guys like this idea, we should come up with a way for someone to write a piece of the document, and then have it go through a peer review process. Now I know that there are going to be controversial subjects in the document, but that's what will make it great. Essentially we would be making the most extensive user written reef document to date. An example of an article may be.

Aptasias: Description of them- What causes them- etc..
followed by

How to Remove Aptasias
Copperband Butterfly
Peppermint shrimp
Joe's Juice
Calcium
Etc...

So if someone has aptasias in there tank and they want to read about how to get rid of them they search the PDF and can read about them what causes them and how to get rid of them.

Obviously we would need to create a format that the articles must be written in.

So I know this would be a really long process but the cool thing is, we can all keep updating it as time goes on and technology changes.
This could really do a lot 1. help people find answers faster, 2. Help clean up theories from fact.

So... What do you think?
