Well, here's the latest forcast from the west...we've got rain here, lots of it, and COLD rain. It's not really melting the ice but I'm not convinced it's adding to it either. If it does freeze though Columbia is going to be a skating rink! The rain is smoothing everything out so there will be absolutely no way to get traction at all, no bumps or tire tracks or anything, just one smooth glassy surface. Power is still on but KOMU says that with the ice we're supposed to get tonight it'll be a miracle if it stays on. Keep warm guys!
Day 3 with no Ameren and I am on my second generator. I had to take the compani\y's generator back work. Imagine that they would actually want to use it. The tank has gone from 79 to 68 back to 79 for a day and a half. Back down to 75 and now hovering at 78. No signs of serious trouble yet.
Cross your fingers. I have seen twenty or so Ameren truck go by in 2 hours. Maybe by some grace of god I will get power pack in the next couple of hours. Rumor has it Ameren is not working past 11 tonight (4 hours).
Is it ok for a flame angel to sit? Mine was sitting about 5 hours ago. Swimming now though.
