Sierra, call them. I had a hard time dealing with the waiting and frequently e-mailed Richard asking for updates. He'll let you know what's up. The thing is that they will not call you until they are ready to ship your rock. They understang that people want the rock badly, and were very nice every time I called. For me, it was just nice to hear them on the phone syaing "We haven't forgot about you..." Towards the ends, I got very antsy to get my last 1/2 and they didn't get to ship it because of personal stuff the time they said they would. When I didn't hear from them, Richard actually told me to call Mary at home to find out what was up (Which I would never do). Mary called me about an hour later and appologised. She still got it to me that day, it was just a later pick up. They are great people, but busy. So if you don't call them, you will just sit there and wonder. And if you are anything like me, it will eat at you and you'll start to go NUTZ.
