Is Sailing the Seas
Has anyone here ever ordered from webaquatics.com? They have the 20in sunpod with the 150 watt mh for 249.00 shipping included. This will be perfect for my nano. I have never dealt with them before so if you have let me know.

I ordered a couple of small things from them. Did ok with my order, but haven't order anything big. What type of light are you ordering? I just ordered a Finnex 150 watt MH with 2 18watt PC's and one moon light that fit right on my 24 gallon JBJ nano. It was $318 though, though nanotuners.....

The 20in sunpod with the 150 watt mh for 249.00. Is what I was lookiing at. I Thought I read you got that new setup for free due to a shipping mistake? If so thats a good deal. Can you post a pic with the lights over your nano. I may go that route.

I will try to get a pic on here tonight when I get home. I did get the 20 gallon tank, skimmer, and all the pumps and power heads for free. They are carrying a $549.00 setup with the light. I only ordered the light for $299.00 but got the complete setup shipped to me. Now I got to but a light for it too.....I think it was a trick to buy two lights.....laughing

I think that Sunpod is just what that Nano is asking for. I especially like the way you can direct the light at an angle to get good growth down low, and prevent shadows.
Heck of a deal too!

Here is the pic of my nano with the finnex lighting....sorry took so long.

That is a decent deal. Kalied I see u got a black tipped reef star., I want to buy 1 yesterday but they had it on hold for someone. your tank is really taking off. I see you added another powerhead also. Is that not adding to much movement inside the tank, also hows your temps running with the new lights.

That is a Bali Red Star. The one that you shouldn't have in a Nano....they are hard to keep. I am hoping that I get lucky. It is very active and moves around a lot. I have been trying to feed it, but it has not eaten from me yet. Everyone thinks that it eats some kind of bacteria off the live rock. Which is why you should have about 100 lbs. for it. But the store in franklin had a lot of them for 13 bucks. At least I will try to save it. I feel sorry for the ones that don't get good homes.

and yes I did add the power head, but I just took it out after a couple of weeks. It helped alot with getting water flow throught the live rock in the back, but I had problems with it falling off into the sand and blowing around everything. I wish that I could find one with very little movement just for rock circulation.

The light is great. I have it on two timers for the Mh and the PCs. The tank runs a little hot but I just keep the ceiling fan running on high. It helps and keeps it around 79-80 during the day and a little lower at night.

Did you get my message about the RBTA on the other board? Does that stand for Rose bubble tip? and if yes....let me know when you have one. I would like one for my two clowns.

one more thing I noticed about the new light. I have been adding more top off water lately. about 1/2 gallon every two days or so. but that is ok with me. I just keep a fresh water jug too.
