IMO Most that are Banned are first warned to stop certain behavior, And if they react the wrong way then it is dealt with Swiftly. If you agree or not It's their site to do what they want, We are just Guests!

Oh I know I am a guest and I love this site. For me its easier to use and its what I am used to......I just wasn't sure how the whole banning process worked.

Are RC Moderators based in the United States or where actually does this site originate out of curiosity I have seen alot of people from alot of different places and I just always kinda wondered, but don't really even know who to ask....or if anybody knows......

I believe the main server is somewhere in Florida or it used to be. I think it went out once during a hurricane a few years ago.

For some reason i Think it is run out of NY??? But i may be wrong.

The IP of the site is showing as registered to Rapid Systems Inc, in Tampa, FL. I assume the server is colocated there as that is where Rapid Systems has their data center.
