Weird Algae, Reefer 170

Looking for identification on this annoying algae and how to get rid of it!

Super short, appears fuzzy and almost clear.

I have recently stopped AF Pro Bio S and AF NPPro incase its bacterial based?

SG - 1.026
KH - 7
Ca - 440
Mg - 1600?

Nitrate - 0.25ppm
Phos - 0.01ppm

1 drop of abve once a week
140g phosminus 140g carbon changed every 4 weeks


Did a 3 day blackout and it disappeared, 7 days later it was back again.

All acro is growing and maintaining colour, still very pale though.
