Weird bugs under frag plug? ID

Flipped over a frag plug and saw these bugs please help ID.

Forgot to add, they have some sort of H looking design on their back

Hard or soft?
Fast or slow?
Legs or antennae visible?
They look a little bit like tiny baby chitons to me.

From that picture I would guess chiton also but it isn't clear enough to say for sure.

But i can say that from googling pictures of chitons they do have the same exact shape.
