weird bump

Not sure what this is, but it appears to be protruding from within the horse.

Anybody know what it is and how to fix it?

It appears to be normal excrement.

its been there for 2 days now. I even touched it to see if it would fall off but its pretty secure.

It appears to be the ovipositor. That's how the females get their eggs into the males pouch. She has either recently released eggs or is getting ready to.

Yes, colour change is normal during courting.

well it still has the bump, but I noticed that the pouch on one of my males is full, so i guess it is another waiting game
