green algae might be somewhat normal, depending on what it looks like. It says you have had your tank up for one year, is it completely cycled? Do you have Live Rock?
The red algae is more than likely cyanobacteria. Welcome to reefkeeping! Keep good water flow, high skimming action, and try and do what you can to get rid of CO2 (constant air exchange over your tank, UV Sterilizer/Ozonizer). Water changes are the best thing, if it is cyanobacteria, such the cyano out with a turkey baster or when you are doing water changes. Good luck!
