Weird hosting spots

So i've keeping an eye on my true clowns lately and have come to the conclusion they are hosting my....wait for it......Maxi jet 900 :facepalm: ive looked on google and seen a few others with the same thing. I have a maxi jet 900 with the back plate missing. Hair algae has started to grow on the top and they seem to settle right down into it...Anyone else have a weird hosting story?

O K, that's funny. Mine have hosted on hair algae, frogspawn, Kenya tree, and frilly mushrooms. The best part of the frilly's is the two they were loving on started to split almost immediately(same day). I had three shrooms, they two they hosted with split and the other is still the same.

I moved some duncans closer hopping they would move away from the pump but no luck . Ive recently started a phosphate reactor to reduce algae so maybe after removing the hair and starving it will help them to move to somthing different!
