Weird looking Candy Cane Coral?

I bought a Frag of Green Candy Cane Coral about a week about 5 Heads and there was one little baby starting on the side.

Can anyone tell me if it should look like this? It seems healthy and all it just has weird red tentacles.

Yea it does! Not sure but it sure doesn't look like a candy cane. You might have a hidden gem. .

ya that's a baby plate coral once it gets big enough it will drop off on its own, and a new baby will grow in its place. Soon you will have hundreds of baby plate corals
