Hmm..Idk, you sure that's not some tiny fish lol. It's hard to tell from a cellphone..man I have a lot of bristle worms in both of my takns but I haven't seen anything like that before

Yes, it's an epitoke, part of the reproductive cycle of polychaete worms.
