Weird Tunze 6055 problem

I have 2x tunze 6055 and 1x tuneze 6015 side by side on my tank.

Out of three, only one 6055 does not stop when in feeding mod. The only way i can get it to stop is to reposition the power head a little bit up or down. I check all cables and switch them, the same thing happens

Anyone know why?

Does it not stop at all? In feedmode it should spin one turn every 20 seconds, there is a range on this and some pumps may spin a half turn only, others may spins a few turns. Do the speed control functions work on the controller for this pump?

It does not stop at all unless I adjust it position (some what into a weird correct position) then it stops.

The speed control functions work fine if it is in correct position as well. else it is full blast

There is a break in a wire in the cable. Send it in and so long as it wasn't deliberately damaged at some point by a cut or animal chewing on it it will be replaced under warranty.

You need part 6055.100, I would contact Xenia, the distributor for Canada.
