Weldon 16 info anyone?

Is weldon 16 clear? Light to Medium flow?

Need to reseal joints in skimmer and repair waste output elbow, but don't want it to look like total hack job. Want to coat about 1/4 inch or so.

And if I run ozone though it will the weldon joint stay clear or will it opaque?

I want to remove big white chunks of bubble gum off of skimmer so that it is not only properly sealed again but looks ok too.
