Wells isn't happy

This is the piece I mentioned last night, 92% of corals are happy but I lost a red version, and this guy hasn't opened for a week

pH: 8.3
Ca: 465
Mg : 1480
Po4: .12
Nitrate: 25 (high)

Any thoughts? I lost a trachy recently as well
