Were theese palys worth it?How much do they cost?

Hey i dont know if i got a steal of deal,avg joe, or to expensive.I got one paly zoa polyp for 4$ today at a lfs.He had about 5+ palys easily on another frag he said it was 30 originaly but then he said they werent doing to well in a pico because some kid threw a whole bunch of snails in that pico so now he's trying to revive them.he said he didnt really want to sell them but he said he'll sell them to me for 15.should i go back and get the one for 15?it looked fine jus a little closed up.

i think this might be a people eater i have here? it has a green mouth.on the zoa stalk theres like green stars.ill take a pic of when it opens up.should i go back and get the other rock?

I agree with reef junkie. Evidently it's not worth it, or you'd have already bought it!

You'll have 5 polyps from your one in a few months anyway, along with the satisfaction of raising them yourself

i liked them actualy when they were in the store.it's still closed up.it was opening but then i had to turn my lights on and the my starfish put one of his arms over it when he was walking back under a rock.

$4 for a polyp? thats cheaper than any coral I have ever bought. I'd say its worth it, unless its brown...............where is that "this thread is worthless without a picture" thingy.
