wet side failed again

This is the fourth time in two years that the wet side has failed. The last time it was replaced I was told it was the upgrade. That was in January 08... Is it time to throw in the towel on this unit???
This time the prop and magnet are sitting untrue in the casing and have worn into the plate. Please advise..

I have to say, this unit has had problems. However EcoTech customer service has always been top notch. thats truly why I dont give up....
