wet side fall off

my wet side has fallen off twice now, I have 3/8" thick glass sould I adjust it to the 1/2" setting?
also when it auto shuts off, the controller blinks red how do I restart it without unplugging it?

The controller will blink red after the pump falls off when the disconnect error protection is enabled. This is what it is designed to do. To correct this you must re-install the pump and cycle power to the unit.

Have you checked to ensure all the pin spacer pins are straight, that there is no binding within the wet side, and that all the wet side parts are installed properly?

1 spacer pin was bent. thanks! so I have to unplug and plug back in to reset the red flashing light.

Ok I got to witness this happen again this morning, it did it 3 times before I left for work. it was off when I woke up and I put it back on about 2 mins later it made a large growling noise and fell off, I put it back on and it did it again and did one more time. It has stayed on since. every thing looked ok and the prop spun ok. Any Ideas???

The fact that it makes a noise suggests something might be going on with the wet side. You may wish to carefully disassemble the wet side and inspect all the parts to ensure that none are broken. After this I recommend contacting us at service@ecotechmarine.com.
