wet side rattle like crazy

i'm getting tired of it, i have 3 right now, but one of them keep falling off, however, today that the wet side started to rattle like crazy, it's like you can hear it rattling the whole glass tank, is there anyway to fix it ?

as you can see it's pretty new, about a month old, and i'm also wondering if those black marks at close the the edge and the center of the screw are normal or not ?

Are those just black marks or chips at the outside edge?

it's not chips, it looks like some burn mark and it's bump.
