wetside being kicked off

Just got my stuff back from being repaired and the upate. After installing the new magnet , the wetside is being kicked off at the start. Do you think I have the magnet to tight? I installed this by the instuctions on this site.

The most likely cause is that the bearing is not seated properly within the frame. Please check to make sure that the surface of the bearing is completely flush with the surface of the frame. If it is raised at all this will cause problems.

just checked and the bearing is flush. What I'm getting is a red/yellow flash.
