I don't use any supplements, just make sure I provide a rotating, varied diet (shrimp, krill, silversides, squid, scallop) plus the occasional "live treat".
My routine would be varied between frozen shrimp, squid, and silversides. Soak em in selcon sometimes, but not always. Oh and of course the occasional live treat for *kicks*. ...lol, I apologize for the pun, couldn't resist.
