I realy like the format of the raffle, everyone walked away with something. Next time we should have two tickets per person, one of the ticket will go to the general raffles where everyone will guarantee to have a frag, and then the other ticket can go into another hat for the drawing of the grand prize (what ever that may be) Assuming Ocean Treasure and other will donate goodies again.

I will have some purple pollups encrusting monti to donate for the next raffle and maybe something else. If anyone have anything that is nice and unique, you are welcome to donate too to raise money for the club.

Good idea about member donation to raffle.How about taking some proceeds from a raffle and see if we can buy a gift certificate from a retailer at a reduced price for a raffle prize.

I think that is a great idea to have 2 separate raffles. Although it is always fun when everyone wins something from the raffle. I know I love winning.

You are right, Jeff's ribs are great. I am very spoiled because I get to eat them all the time so I think I was little more excited about the raffle than I was the ribs.

By the way the Yuma that Jeff and I won is looking really sweet. I can't wait to see how it looks under the VHO light that we got from Steve (via Jason picking it up for us, thanks Jason) Jeff hasn't put it in yet because we needed different endcaps and had to order them from an electrical supply house. Hope they come soon, I am anxious to see the tank with the VHO's.

P.S can't wait for the next meeting.
