What and how to feed???

I got my first LPS corals this week which are a bubble coral and some favites. Since I am new to this I wonder if someone can help me out and let me know what and how I should feed this guys.

They are photosynthetic and do not required to be fed but it does help promote growth (along with adequate lighting and prestine water conditions). I like to feed cyclopeeze (the frozen kind), mysis, and squid to the tank. I spot feed the squid directly to my bubble coral and let the favites pick the cyclopeeze out of the water column.
