What anemone is this? care? healthy?

Im plannin to buy a anemone for my tank from a hobbyist, is it healthy? is it bubble tip or something else? want to also know about its care......

Bleaching E. quadricolor.

The before picture looks better than the current on.

Depending on your set up, it could improve.

What size tank?
What lights?
How long has it been set up?
Current water parameters -- with numbers please.

setup is 3yrs old, tank is 22g DT with 12g sump, mixed reef and a pair of clown... lighting is 4x10w led flood lights and its pretty intense, as my sps are thriving......

It can be brought back to health as long as you have good lighting, parameters and feed it a couple times a week.
