As far as I know, no book has ever been published that details how to care for non-photosynthetic corals specifically. The best you can do is acquire books detailing their taxonomy and some of their biology with nice pictures, such as the Fabricius book. The reason why no such book exists is that, up until fairly recently, no one has ever really had success with these corals. Also, this area of reef keeping seems to interest a relatively small minority in what is already a highly-specialized hobby. Thus, I think it will be awhile before anyone publishes a book dedicated solely to the keeping of non-photosynthetic corals. However, I think the hobby is overdue for a book that details some of the most advanced methods and trends in reef keeping.
