green slimmer, tri color valida, birdsnest, tenius.
I'd personally start with a slimmer if thats your goal though.

I find Walt Disney to be an easy and forgiving acro, but medium to slow grower.

Yes! I agree! I definitely am on the hunt for some green slimmer! I would love to see my tangs swimming in between the large thick green antlers in the tank. What a beautiful sight that would be! would you consider it a fast grower? and what makes it grow faster?

I think it depends on what you mean by easy to keep. For example, many birdsnest are fast growers but they quickly out compete other corals for space, and you'll find yourself having to trim it frequently.
Slimer is a good choice because it's a lot easier to maintain than a birdsnest.
