I saw one at a lfs which they called the cherry corals blueberry loripes. Pretty cool looking. I'd like to get something with this type growth form

good luck finding a nice looking granulosa..I've been looking for a while now and can't find any available. Jump on the opportunity if you find one.

I didn't realize they were tough to find. I've only been recently looking around. But now that you mention it, thinking back from all the swaps etc... you're right. There are not a lot available.

Vivid aquariums sells one called the northern lights granulosa.it looks sweet in the picture they have up.

I put my name on the waiting list for the northern lights granulosa...its probably been at least a year and still no availability.

madmotorfinger7, could you post a pic of the ice age granulosa? I might have to take a plunge and get it.

I will try. I purchased a nice maco lens for my camera a couple months back and have only gotten to use it a few times. I really love it and I have taken some beautiful pics but when you have 4 young kids it's hard to find the time to set up the tripod and all, LOL. I'll try though. It's relatively small frag though.

Its about 24" bellow a 250 w pheonix bulb and gets medium flow. The guy I got it from says low light and low flow keeps his looking good.

Speaking of Loripes, is this a loripes?
