I need to know the best overall snails and crabs to get for a clean up crew. The snails I've got, blue in color, so I assume blue legged hermit crabs, eat all my small snails and take their shells. So I tried large Mexican Turbos. Those guys flip over too much and commit suicide if you dont catch 'em on time. I need a decent sized snail that does not commit suicide too frequently and will do a good job of cleaning algea. Also need a good hermit crab or some sort of crab that will clean up algae and get inside of the rock without killing everything. Suggestions appreciated. Thanks!!

<a href="http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=564&N=0">Red banded trochus snails</a> ... they won't knock over your corals, are really hardy, and can right themselves if they tip over. Ring or money cowries are a good addition, and if you need something for your sandbed, conches are good ... strombus var. don't get too large but some others do.
