What are these bristle worms doing?

I just did a 20% w/c and I started see something spray junk in the tank. I started to investigate I saw a few bristle worms. Not even 30 seconds later I saw it again. Then in matter of 5 minutes I witness 5 bristle worms discarding this pink slime.

Anyone have a clue?

Probably poop... Or eggs I'm not an expert of worms but it could be eggs

Wc can entice certain things to spawn, a wc can make my tuxedo urchins and stomatellas spawn randomly

Looks like spaghetti worms not bristle.

I have spaghetti worms all over the place that do the same thing.

They poopin.

The good news is that they are so efficient at their job that the waste you are seeing has virtually no nutrients in it.
