What are these little things on my Zoas?

I have these little oval things in my tank that like to walk on my Zoas and Palys. They are really small, flat, and oval looking. They don't eat my corals but they make the corals close up with they walk on them. Anyone know what they are by any chance?

I tried to get the best pic I could with the camera I have. Ill try to get a better one when the lights come on tomorrow if no one knows what they are by the current pic I have. There are 3 little guys inside the red circle I made.

could be flatworms

Thank you Hollister for that link! I just looked at it and they look like the Sand Skaters under Bugs. Ill have to do some research on these guys. I have seen like 10 in my tank. I found the pic of them on the site listed under the bugs section. I think its safe to say its not flat worms

Most likely foraminifera, had them on some zoanthids before and they're supposed to be harmless.
