Flatworms
The jury is out on if they are totally evil, but I kill them. Flatworm exit has worked pretty well for me(triple the dose, repeated 2 weeks later), some people just let them go and they sort of die out and come back in cycles.

they reproduce by splitting....so 1 becomes 2....becomes 4...8...16...32....you get the idea
