What are you feeding your clowns?

I can't recall the brand of the pellets but I am feeding my ORA black and whites Rods food. And boy do they love that stuff. My tang goes insane when it hits the water. Also, does anybody else's clowns eat nori? I have to put a new sheet in daily. (Tank inhabitants of the tank are simply two clowns and a 2" hippo.):eek2:

my rods onyx tend to spit out nori, but will attack almost anythign else. I feed ocean nutrient flake food, but mostly PE mysis now.

Whenever really. I tend to feed small amounts frequently. Small means like one or two brine shrimp or a rice sized piece of flake food. Judge for yourself - if they're not attacking it like an NFL linebacker, you could probably feed less.

I feed most often Formula 1 flake with intermittent feedings of spirulina enriched brine, pe mysis, ocean nutrition frozen and another ocean nutrition that I got on sale lol.

I tend to feed a variety, focusing on a high algal content, which reflects wild diets.
