what are you feeding your dispar anthias

i just got 3 dispar anthias, wondering what you guys are feeding yours? any help will be appreciated.

primereef flakes, frozen mysis, spectrum pellets.

tried the mysis and pellets, they will eat it and spit it back out. i will try the flakes.

i first feed mine with mysis, and then switch over to flake, they spit it out at first few time but later loved it.
